LOCOCO w/Fresh Coco Whip
INGREDIENTS
2 TB of LOCOCO mix
8 oz of hot oat milk
1 can of refrigerated (over night) full-fat coconut milk
Coconut sugar or monk fruit (to sweeten the whip to taste)
1 tsp vanilla Extract
Cinnamon to taste
EQUIPMENT
Electric or classic kettle
Hand mixer or stand mixer
Your favorite mug
Handheld frother
STEPS
1. In a small saucepan, bring oat milk to a boil
2. Place 3 generous TB of LOCOCO in a large mug or glass measuring pitcher
3. Pour hot oat milk over LOCOCO mix + blend with handheld frother
4. Top off with fresh coco whip
For Fresh Coco Whip:
1. Chill a can of full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight (24 hours)
2. Scoop cool, hardened coconut cream into a metal mixing bowl. Leave any clear liquid behind!
3. Whip cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light peaks form
4. Add Vanilla Extract + Cinnamon
5. Sweeten with a little powdered monk fruit or raw coconut sugar
