Operations & Account Coordinator
Part-time · $20–26 an hour · Park City
At LOCOCO®, we’re building a better kind of cocoa, one that blends ritual, health, and indulgence into every sip to bring people joy, focus, and well-being. In this role, you’ll own our inventory, buying and sourcing end to end, along with our relationship with the warehouse, so we never run out and never over-order. You’ll also be the friendly, reliable voice our wholesale partners and customers count on.
This role has two parts: inventory and accounts. You’ll know what we have, what’s coming, and what to buy and when. And you’ll keep our wholesale accounts stocked and happy, from regular check-ins and reorders to onboarding new accounts and following up on open invoices. We’re looking for someone who wants to get experience growing and operating a startup, loves a well-kept spreadsheet, and is just as comfortable picking up the phone with a store buyer.
This is a year-round, part-time role: 8–10 hours a week in winter, fewer the rest of the year. $20–26 an hour depending on experience, with room to grow as we scale the business together. Semi remote: you’ll be in our Park City office at least two half days a week for inventory, shipments, and accounts, plus occasional account visits and events.
