P.S. In case you’re wondering LOCOCO came from — LOCAL + COCOA — because we wanted to create a cocoa for, and inspired by, our friends who were local to Park City, UT. But it’s not LOCOCOA. It’s LOCOCO: LO-CO-CO.
How to make a cup
Add 1-2 tablespoons of LOCOCO® cocoa mix to 8 oz of hot water or your favorite milk.
Blend with a handheld frother or stir vigorously with a spoon until smooth + foamy.
Serve it hot in a mug or pour it over ice in a tall glass.

About Functional Mushrooms
Functional Mushrooms are adaptogenic — meaning they are believed to help the body and mind adapt to stress and maintain balance. These substances may have a normalizing effect on bodily functions, helping support regulation of various systems.
Functional “adaptogenic” mushrooms found in LOCOCO® include:
+ Lion’s Mane: Potential cognitive benefits, such as supporting memory and focus.
+ Cordyceps: Linked to potential improvements in energy levels and exercise performance.
+ Maitake: Immune system support and anti-inflammatory properties.
What mushrooms are in LOCOCO?
Three: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Maitake. Every bag and sachet of Original Spice and Lux Vanilla has all three.
Why don’t I taste any mushroom?
Because our mushroom extracts are highly concentrated (8:1), it takes very little to get the equivalent of nearly 1 g of functional mushrooms into every cup. The flavors that lead are dark chocolate and the spices—cinnamon, ginger and cayenne in Original Spice and deep, sweet vanilla in Lux Vanilla.
Are they organic and tested?
Yes. All three functional mushrooms are certified organic. Every lot is tested for heavy metals and microbes, and for its active compounds: beta-glucans in Lion’s Mane (at least 15%) and Maitake (at least 8%), and cordycepin in Cordyceps.

Why we made LOCOCO
We wanted a cocoa rich enough to feel like a treat and good enough to drink every day. Nothing on the shelf was both, so we made it ourselves in a Park City home kitchen, then crafted it with chefs until it was right.
