2026 Signature Ketel One Vodka Sundance Film Festival Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
Cocktail
● 1¼ oz Ketel One Vodka
● ¾ oz raspberry liqueur (Clear Creek recommended)
● 10 oz Oatly oat milk
● 25g LOCOCO® Lux Vanilla cocoa

Spice Blend
● Cambodian black peppercorn
● White cardamom pod
● Sea salt

Garnish
● Toasted marshmallow on a skewer

EQUIPMENT
● Whipped cream canister charged with gas (NO2) or standing electric mixer
● Handheld frother to blend cocoa + oat milk (or use a spoon or whisk + blend vigorously)
● Tempered mug

STEPS
Spice Blend
Blend peppercorn, cardamom, and sea salt until finely ground and homogeneous.

1. Heat oat milk and whisk in LOCOCO Lux Vanilla cocoa until smooth.
2. Add Ketel One Vodka and raspberry liqueur.
3. Froth with a hand mixer or frother.
4. Pour into a tempered mug.
5. Dust with spice blend.
6. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
